They were quick to take action and resolved the problem, which I am extremely grateful for. It's clear that this hotel is a family business and they take pride in their ownership. The cleanliness and attention to detail were exceptional, and the location was ideal, with most tourist attractions within a short walking distance. The interior of the hotel had a stylish design, blending modern elements with traditional decor in the lobby. The breakfast served was plentiful, and the overall value for money was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel to others.

I had a fantastic stay at a modern, sleek hotel with efficient rooms. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Centro and close to all the main attractions, great restaurants, and shopping. The staff, especially Tatiana, were exceptionally welcoming and helpful.

My stay at Welldone Quality - Crystal Pool was fantastic. The modern room with its stylish decor and small kitchen was exactly what I needed. The central location in the heart of the city made it easy for me to explore all the major attractions within walking distance. The staff was super friendly and accommodating, even holding onto my bags before check-in. Despite a small drawback like a bad smell in the room due to the bathroom fan not working, overall I had a wonderful night of sleep and a great experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its convenient location, comfortable rooms, and friendly staff.
